Happenings

I went to Equip on Saturday with Yvonne for the first time. It was great! Very clear Bible teaching and challenging too. The talks were on James 2 and I've been challenged in many ways. I think I tend to shy away from very err... asian people (to put it in a nice way). Who else clips their nails on public transport though??!? Yeh, despite the disgusting habits of Asian people in general (like cutting nails on public transport! and spitting and the bluntness and cutting remarks) I shouldn't show favoritism as to who I hang around because that type of behaviour is incompatible with the gospel.

I was encouraged to not be complacent but continually look for opportunities to serve others, even if it ruins my neatly planned schedule of my day.

Later I met up with Zuo and we went to Lonestar for dinner. We saw this massive moose head on the wall. Are mooses as big as horses or bigger? Coz the head we saw was MASSIVE!


Then we went to Bass Hill drive in to watch 'When a stranger calls.' That movie....is one of the worst horror films ever! I think I'm more scared from an episode of 'Supernatural' than any scene from that movie. The movie was so random too. Oh well, it was nice sitting in Zuo's new car that has heated seats!! Yup very comfortable :)
